The college does not provide accommodation to learners, but facilitate them to readily affordable accommodation (as low as sh. 1000/room) at proximity to the college.

The advantage of Nyamira being a per-urban town is that the costs to most food stuffs quite low. Most of it is sold to the town residents directly from the adjacent farms making the residents cost of living very low.
